Speakers:

Paul Kraske is a partner at the law firm Skadden, Arps, where he regularly represents clients in connection with the development, financing and acquisition of energy and infrastructure projects both in the U.S. and abroad. From 2000 until 2002, he worked in Mumbai, India for Enron as general counsel of the Dabhol Power Project. He is a graduate of Yale University, London School of Economics, and Harvard Law School.

Dana Younger is currently a senior advisor to the Global Wind Energy Council (GWEC) in Brussels, a member-based organization that represents the global wind energy sector as well as its constituent national associations. He retired from the World Bank Group in 2019 after nearly 30 years and helped IFC build its portfolio of >$5 billion of wind, solar and other clean energy investments.
