A webinar hosted by the Members Helping Members (MHM)

The convenience of phones and tablets is wonderful, but their use can take a toll on our necks. We often use these tools to stay connected while being mobile. Combine these and our laptops while traveling and many of us begin to have serious discomfort, particularly in our necks and shoulders. How can we use these tools and still stay healthy and pain-free? Join us to learn some strategies and tips so that you can enjoy the convenience without the discomfort.
