An epic retelling of the momentous discovery in the annals of paleoanthropology; that begins in the Hadar locality of the Afar triangle, Ethiopia about 3.2 MYA (million years ago) where Lucy – in the Great Rift Valley of Africa, the cradle and cauldron of Mankind.
The sheer chance discovery of a substantially complete fossil on record of the first bi-pedal hominid – new species named Australopithecus Afarensis – that marked the very root and direct branch or evolution leading to our species, homo sapiens starting ca 100,000 years ago.
