He will demonstrate how understanding these relationships can empower you to prevent heart disease, improve metabolic health, and make truly informed choices for your heart.

Dr. Pradip Jamnadas is the founder and medical director of Cardiovascular Interventions, a leading center specializing in advanced cardiac procedures including angioplasty and stent placement, as well as Aristotle Education LLC, an organization dedicated to prevention, longevity, and holistic wellness. He is a renowned interventional cardiologist with over 31 years of clinical experience in Central Florida. His educational YouTube videos have garnered millions of views, and he has been featured on influential platforms such as The Diary of a CEO. In early 2026, he will appear in the powerful upcoming documentary “Keto is Key,” speaking about the anatomy of heart disease, how it’s misunderstood, and strategies for preventing and reversing this behemoth of a chronic illness

Key Topics:

  • Understanding Cholesterol:Breaking down LDL, HDL, and triglycerides. What the numbers truly mean, and how to interpret your lipid panel holistically.
  • The Gut-Heart Connection: Exploring how the microbiome influences cardiovascular risk and the inflammatory pathways linking gut health to heart health.
  • The Role of Stents and Interventions:Understanding when stent placement is lifesaving, how it restores blood flow, and why addressing the root causes of plaque buildup such as inflammation and metabolic dysfunction is essential for lasting heart health.
  • Diet and Its Impact: Examining how nutritional approaches such as fasting and the carnivore diet can help restore gut balance and support cardiovascular function.
  • The Vagus Nerve Connection:Understanding how this critical communication pathway regulates the heart, digestion, and stress response.

By deepening your understanding of your own physiology, you’ll move beyond outdated myths and misconceptions and gain greater control over your cardiovascular health. As part of this effort, Vibrant Wellness in-depth gut health testing will be offered at a discounted rate to ten participants on a first-come, first-served basis.
